All works (excluding fixed rate work such as boiler services etc) including breakdown & repairs are charged at an hourly rate. 85% of repairs are completed in the first 1.5 hrs which is covered by a fixed price and then charged at an hourly rate thereafter.
Rates below do not include materials. If parts need to be ordered then a fixed diagnostic, order and collection rate of £90 will be charged.
All work that is expected to take 4 hr will be charged at half a day rate.
